Chers parents,
Comme dans les cas de fermeture de classe, lorsque votre enfant est contact à risque et doit se faire tester, je peux vous donner une attestation employeur pour votre absence. Cette attestation vaut également pour obtenir deux autotests gratuits chez le pharmacien.
Vous pouvez en faire la demande par mail au 0951263g@ac-versailles.fr en précisant votre nom de famille (pour votre employeur), et le nom et prénom de votre enfant + sa classe. Les attestations sont nominatives, sans cela je ne pourrai vous les faire.
